Retail Manager

We’re delighted to be recruiting a Retail Manager for our hugely successful Dungannon based client.

The successful candidate will oversee the Off Licence section of the business and will have responsibility for maintaining a solid retail team and  growing and developing the customer base.

Duties include

In this challenging and fast paced role you will be responsible for key areas of the business such as

• Developing and motivating  the team, identifying opportunities to develop the Off Licence Customer base having input into future direction of the business
• Maintain and introduce add-on sales to achieve maximum sales potential in line with individual and company targets

Experience

• Previous retail management experience
• Proven track record
• Commercial awareness
