Our client is an established business based outside Dungannon, they are currently recruiting a front of house Receptionist / Administrator to join their team.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for both telephone queries and customers visiting the site and will be responsible for a range of duties.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding business that will offer full industry training and the opportunity to progress within the company.
Job Duties:
- Establishing customer requirements when they arrive on site
- Handling telephone enquiries in an efficient manner
- Offer advice and provide quotations if required
- Invoicing on computerised system
- Recording cash and card payments
- Communication with stores/ workshop
- Basic purchasing duties
- Updating stock records
Criteria / Specification:
- Previous administration experience – 1 year
- IT literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised & attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Previous customer service experience desirable
Hours of work
- Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm
