Our client is an established business based outside Dungannon, they are currently recruiting a front of house Receptionist / Administrator to join their team.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for both telephone queries and customers visiting the site and will be responsible for a range of duties.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding business that will offer full industry training and the opportunity to progress within the company.

Job Duties:

  • Establishing customer requirements when they arrive on site
  • Handling telephone enquiries in an efficient manner
  • Offer advice and provide quotations if required
  • Invoicing on computerised system
  • Recording cash and card payments
  • Communication with stores/ workshop
  • Basic purchasing duties
  • Updating stock records

Criteria / Specification:

  • Previous administration experience – 1 year
  • IT literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised & attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Previous customer service experience desirable

Hours of work

  • Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm
