Our busy Sales & Distribution client in the Dungannon area require a Purchasing Administrator to join their team. This is a permanent, full time office based position and the salary is negotiable.
They require a pleasant, outgoing,and self-motivated person to fill the above vacancy in their fast-paced office.
Duties will include:
- Supplier Purchasing
- Order processing
- Warranty
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Computer inputting
- Maintain filing systems
- Paperwork administration
- Document editing and proofing
- Provide general support to other members of the admin team
The Candidate must have the following:
- A minimum of 5 GCSE grade C & above including Maths and English (Or Equivalent)
- An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word and Office
- Knowledge of sage, workpal or equivalent .
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Discretion
- Accuracy and good attention to detail
- A flexible attitude to their job as periodically, strict deadlines need to be met
- A pleasant and professional attitude to customers and colleagues
