Our busy Sales & Distribution client in the Dungannon area require a Purchasing Administrator to join their team.  This is a permanent, full time office based position and the salary is negotiable.

They require a pleasant, outgoing,and self-motivated person to fill the above vacancy in their fast-paced office.

Duties will include:

  • Supplier Purchasing
  • Order processing
  • Warranty
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Computer inputting
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Paperwork administration
  • Document editing and proofing
  • Provide general support to other members of the admin team

 

The Candidate must have the following:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSE grade C & above including Maths and English (Or Equivalent)
  • An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word and Office
  • Knowledge of sage, workpal or equivalent .
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Discretion
  • Accuracy and good attention to detail
  • A flexible attitude to their job as periodically, strict deadlines need to be met
  • A pleasant and professional attitude to customers and colleagues
