Our Client is a well-established property development and management company based in Co Tyrone. The company develops, owns & manages a diverse range of property interests throughout the UK and Ireland.
Due to an increase in residential development, they require a Property Manager to join their team. The role will require regular travel to properties in Belfast and Dublin.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Compliance and Health & Safety:
- Statutory compliance for properties [EPC, Gas, Electricity, Fire, Alarms & Signage…]
- Monitor and ensure all certification up to date and on file.
General Maintenance:
- Property inspections and survey
- Manage, supervise, tendering, instruct and check on all maintenance work.
- Manage and direct property agents in respect of deduction from tenant deposits.
- Common area presentation, including all external and internal areas.
- Liaise with all parties to recover all water, road, street and related bonds and any licences required for site set up and post development.
Tenant Handover:
- Negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals, open market lettings
- Landlord and tenant disputes
Marketing:
- Build to Sell projects marketing, brochures, manage property agents and legals to progress sales to completion.
Person Specification:
- Experience of facilities management, estate management or property development is essential
- A good level of Business acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage own workload and prioritising tasks
