An FMCG Distributor have an opportunity for a Programme Manager to join their team.  This position offers a hybrid option.

Job Purpose: 

You will be responsible for the operation and administration of the Company’s operational programme, sales and marketing management and provide support to members.  This position requires a confident person who is solution orientated, well-organised, deadline focused and adaptable.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing a 5 -year strategy for the company’s operations programme to incorporate specific KPI’s and targets
  • Oversee the implementation and administration of the programme in accordance with EU and Dept of Agriculture regulations
  • Responsible for tendering/obtaining quotes and record keeping for all capital expenditure
  • Production supply and demand planning co-ordination
  • Conduct regular audits
  • Produce regular reports to Board and Membership
  • Ensure compliance with Dept of agriculture throughout the company
  • Preparation and review of EU assistance claims
  • Development and implementation of SOP’s across the programme

 

Person Specification:

  • Excellent communication skills to include oral and written correspondence
  • Ability to organise workload and work to deadlines
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Ability to work on own initiative and have good relations with stakeholders
  • Essential to be IT literate.  Experienced in using MS Excel
