Production Supervisor

Our busy Construction Manufacturing client in the Dungannon area require a Production Supervisor to join their team.

Production Supervisor role

• Scheduling production and ensuring production targets are met
• Communicate with customers to ensure service requirements are met
• Ensure productivity, cost effectiveness and quality in the production process at all times
• Liaise and work with other team members to ensure any issues are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.
• Generate and analyse reports showing production progress on a monthly basis.
• Ensure compliance  with ISO 9001 Quality Standards
• Responsible for purchasing ensure raw materials are in to meet production plan.

Criteria

• Experience of implementing continuous improvement programmes.
• Experience managing a team of 15+
• Good Attention to detail
• Experience within production.

Desirable

• Experience within production.
• Track record for a lean manufacturing/ process industry
