Job Role: Parts Manager in Dungannon

Our growing Engineering client in the Dungannon area is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Parts Sales Manager to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing spare parts sales across an established global dealer network, while working closely with internal teams and customers to drive aftermarket growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow spare parts sales across the dealer network.
• Identify sales opportunities and drive aftermarket revenue growth.
• Support dealers with inventory planning, parts availability and sales development.
• Analyse sales performance and market data to identify opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with dealers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop reporting and provide regular sales and market updates.
• Support product launches, sales campaigns and dealer training.
• Lead and develop the parts sales team.

About You

• Experience in parts sales, aftermarket, dealer development or a related environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to generate sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Confident using MS Office, CRM and reporting systems.
• Degree educated or equivalent relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel as required.
