Our client are a Dungannon based company operating within the renewable energy sector, they are currently recruiting a part time Office Administrator.

The role requires a highly organised, energetic, and efficient person who can coordinate the diverse responsibilities of the role and are willing to work as part of a team. As Office Administrator you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and administration of the office.

Duties include:

  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Dealing with client and staff enquiries.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the company’s office
  • Work with our asset manager on the producing of contracts, getting them signed off on and submitted.

Criteria: 

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to take and follow instruction.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and meet required deadlines.
  • Ability to work on their own initiative.
  • The successful candidate should have good IT skills, particularly on MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
