Part Qualified Accountant

A Manufacturing facility based between Omagh and Dungannon have an opportunity for an Accounts Assistant or a Part Qualified Accountant to join their finance team.

Main Duties:

• Process all creditors invoices
• Attend to suppliers’ payment queries
• Follow up invoice queries with suppliers
• Reconciliation of accounts payable at month end
• Maintain and update all supplier contact details
• Completing Credit Control Application and setting up suppliers on M1
• Allocation of expenses to jobs.  This requires liaising with productions and subcontractors to determine the correct jobs to allocation, to provide an overall costing of each jobs;
• Preparation and submission of monthly EC sales list and Interstat
• Inventory database maintenance
• Preparation of sales invoices / pro-forma invoices require by the Sales Team
• Assist customers with invoice queries
• Assist various tasks relate to preparation of company accounts on a quarterly and annual basis

Person Specification:

• A proven accountancy /finance qualification
• A minimum of 2 years working within a busy accounts department
• Use of Information technology as required
