Our manufacturing client in the Greater Dungannon area are currently recruiting for a Office Administrator.

Flexible on start times and specific hours can be agreed depending on circumstances but 5 days per week will be required.

28 days holidays per year including one week Christmas closure.

 

Reporting to the Office Manager key duties will include:

  • Answer phones and use switchboard to transfer calls.
  • Process customer orders onto the system.
  • Assisting the team with administration functions.
  • Purchasing of office & adhoc supplies.
  • Willing to learn new roles within the office environment.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers on a daily basis.
  • Liaise with warehouse team in regards to despatch.

 

Requirement:

  • At least 1 years experience within an office environment.
  • Great customer service skills

 

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30pm
