We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator for a Cookstown based company.
The role requires a highly organised, energetic, and efficient person who can coordinate the diverse responsibilities of the role and are willing to work as part of a team. As Office Administrator you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and administration of the office.
The general administrative duties associated with the role will be as follows:
- Provide general administrative support to include reception cover
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Accounts administration duties including invoicing and supplier statements
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Health & Safety manager.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Key Attributes and Behaviours required include:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and meet required deadlines.
- Ability to work on their own initiative.
- The successful candidate should have good IT skills, particularly on MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm
