We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator for a Cookstown based company.

The role requires a highly organised, energetic, and efficient person who can coordinate the diverse responsibilities of the role and are willing to work as part of a team. As Office Administrator you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and administration of the office.


The general administrative duties associated with the role will be as follows:

  • Provide general administrative support to include reception cover
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Accounts administration duties including invoicing and supplier statements
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Health & Safety manager.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.


Key Attributes and Behaviours required include:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and meet required deadlines.
  • Ability to work on their own initiative.
  • The successful candidate should have good IT skills, particularly on MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).


Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm
