Our busy Engineering client in the Dungannon area require a Junior Parts Administrator to join their team.

Your duties include:
- Dealing with Customer enquiries
- Maintaining Data records
- Daily processing of faxed and e-mailed Parts Orders and Phone Orders.
- Assist with incoming Parts phone calls.
- Maintain Inventory Supplier pricing and Sales Margins accordingly.
- Process in-house Service Order entries.
- Coordinate special Parts and Service promotional offers in the form of e-mail or traditional
mail-out brochures. - Assist with special projects as required.
- Provide quotes and parts information to both the dealers and end users.
Criteria:
- GCSEs – 5+passes including Maths & English
- Excellent IT skills, Previous experience working with Microsoft Office, excel in particular.
- Excellent Organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Good attention to detail
