Job: After Sales Manager in Dungannon
Our leading Manufacturing client in the Dungannon area is seeking an experienced After Sales Manager to lead a busy, customer-focused aftersales team. The role involves driving service excellence, managing warranty and spare parts processes, and supporting ongoing business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the aftersales team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Handle customer queries, technical support, warranty processes and spare parts coordination.
- Build strong relationships with customers, dealers and internal departments.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, conduct competitor analysis and report on departmental performance.
- Oversee logistics, shipping and transport for spare parts and machine support.
- Represent the company at meetings, dealer visits and trade shows.
- Support continuous improvement and streamline aftersales processes.
Essential Requirements
- 2+ years in an After Sales role and 2+ years managing a team.
- Experience in manufacturing, quarrying or recycling environments.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Flexibility to travel and take occasional out-of-hours calls.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
