Job: After Sales Manager in Dungannon

Our leading Manufacturing client in the Dungannon area is seeking an experienced After Sales Manager to lead a busy, customer-focused aftersales team. The role involves driving service excellence, managing warranty and spare parts processes, and supporting ongoing business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the aftersales team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Handle customer queries, technical support, warranty processes and spare parts coordination.
• Build strong relationships with customers, dealers and internal departments.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, conduct competitor analysis and report on departmental performance.
• Oversee logistics, shipping and transport for spare parts and machine support.
• Represent the company at meetings, dealer visits and trade shows.
• Support continuous improvement and streamline aftersales processes.

Essential Requirements

• 2+ years in an After Sales role and 2+ years managing a team.
• Experience in manufacturing, quarrying or recycling environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Flexibility to travel and take occasional out-of-hours calls.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
