They are recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join their team based in our office in Armagh.
The Role
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Completing bank reconciliations
- Sales and purchase ledger duties
- Processing invoicing
- Preparation and assisting with all month and year end duties
- Monthly Intrastat, VAT and Tax returns
- Resolve any invoice disputes as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Other ad hoc duties
- Other ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required
Essential Criteria
- At least 2 years (+) experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast paced office environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive can-do attitude towards work
- Great attention to detail
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Willingness to work in a small team
