Our client are a multi-award winning innovative company with a reputation for quality and outstanding customer service.

They are recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join their team based in our office in Armagh.

The Role

  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Completing bank reconciliations
  • Sales and purchase ledger duties
  • Processing invoicing
  • Preparation and assisting with all month and year end duties
  • Monthly Intrastat, VAT and Tax returns
  • Resolve any invoice disputes as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • Other ad hoc duties
  • Other ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required

 

Essential Criteria

  • At least 2 years (+) experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast paced office environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive can-do attitude towards work
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Willingness to work in a small team
