Type - Full Time Permanent Salary - £18,000 - £20,000 Job Reference - JOHMEL Location - Co. Tyrone

Due to increased business our busy client in the Dungannon area require an Office Administrator to join their team. They are a leading Construction Services company providing Mechanical and Installation services to the Commercial, Domestic and Industrial sectors.

Duties of the role include:

  • Undertake a range of administration duties including reception duties, printing, filing
  • Deal directly with customers via telephone and emails in a professional manner
  • Production of project files and documentation for new contracts
  • Production of client specific information to include H&S files and user manuals
  • Coordinate employee travel arrangements
  • Update and maintain the company’s website and social media
  • Provide administration support to all members of the team

    Criteria:

  • Must be professional, organised, able to work as part of a team
  • Must be able to work on own initiative to complete whatever tasks are required

Standard Working Hours – Monday – Thursday 8.30am-5pm, Friday 8.30am-3.30pm

Salary – £18,000 – £20,000
