Type - Full Time Permanent Salary - £19,000 - £23,000 Job Reference - JOLMEL Location - Co. Tyrone

Our busy client in the Dungannon area require an experienced Office & Sales administrator to manage the day to day administration within the office.

Duties include:

  • Responsible for gathering all invoices and sorting these
  • Liaising with suppliers and checking off deliveries
  • Updating debtor list
  • Chasing payments
  • End of day reconciliations
  • Tracking all inwards and upwards goods and organising delivery of goods to customers
  • Check off invoices against orders from sales staff
  • Answering phones and dealing with customer queries
  • Update e-commerce web site
  • Help to maintain and update social media channels
  • Maintaining and updating EPOS stock control system
  • Maintaining and updating deposit-approbation books
  • Limited sales cover at busy times

Criteria:

  • 2 years office administration experience
  • Experienced in dealing with customers
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent Computer Skills – Email, High level Excel, Word, Internet, Accounting systems

 

Hours of work – Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm (Occasional Saturday work required in busy periods of the year)

Salary range – £19,000 – £23,000
