Office Administrator required for Dungannon based distribution company – Maternity Cover (5 Months)


  • To respond promptly to incoming sales enquiries.
  • Telesales to include daily contact with other distributors.
  • Processing of sales orders, raising despatch notes and invoicing.
  • Organising haulage for deliveries.
  • Purchase ledger entry, matching goods received notes and stock control.
  • Receipting of customer payments and preparing daily lodgements.
  • Credit control duties and preparation of month end reports.
  • Weighbridge and general office duties.


  • At Least 2 years relevant experience working in a similar busy office environment.
  • Excellent IT and communication skills
  • 42.5 hours per week to be worked between the hours of 7.30am and 5.30pm

Salary Negotiable depending on experience.
