Office Administrator required for Dungannon based distribution company – Maternity Cover (5 Months)
- To respond promptly to incoming sales enquiries.
- Telesales to include daily contact with other distributors.
- Processing of sales orders, raising despatch notes and invoicing.
- Organising haulage for deliveries.
- Purchase ledger entry, matching goods received notes and stock control.
- Receipting of customer payments and preparing daily lodgements.
- Credit control duties and preparation of month end reports.
- Weighbridge and general office duties.
- At Least 2 years relevant experience working in a similar busy office environment.
- Excellent IT and communication skills
42.5 hours per week to be worked between the hours of 7.30am and 5.30pm
Salary Negotiable depending on experience.
