Our Client are a busy electrical wholesaler. They are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Administrator.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone that is customer focused and interested in assisting and implementing quality and process improvements within a fast-paced environment.

Job Purpose:

To process customer orders promptly and efficiently and keeping in mind the best possible solution for the customer, while always adhering to procedures and best practice.

Key Duties:

  • Answering calls – Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or taking messages for call backs.
  • Processing of Customer orders – Support in processing orders received via the sales telephone for Dungannon. E-mail and fax in accurate and timely manner.
  • Liaising with Sales reps for processing orders
  • Dealing with key customers and advising on delays with orders.  Updating sales order proessing system
  • Reporting – Some reporting on a daily/weekly basis as outlined by the Branch Manager via Microsoft Excel and as required.
  • Administration Duties – Requirement to be flexible in this role, and to be able to undertake any additional duties or tasks as the role evolves and develops, and on an ad hoc basis day to day.


Person Specification:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSE’s (including Maths and English) or equivalent
  • IT literate – Ability to use MS Office
  • Good communication skills
