Job Role:              Receptionist

Location:              Omagh


Our leading Civil Engineering client in the Omagh area require a Receptionist to join their team. Reporting to the Office Manager you will assist in the efficient flow of office processes and support the customer & accounts teams by carrying out administrative tasks.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Operating the switchboard and efficient relaying of messages
  • Managing all post, both incoming and out -going
  • Ordering / distribution of stationery
  • Providing administration support for various departments within the Company
  • Support Management and staff to ensure efficient running of the Office



  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar office environment
  • Experience and proficiency in MS Office and IT Systems
  • Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and have a professional telephone manner
  • Ability to plan and prioritise
  • A valid driving licence



Monday to Friday 9-5pm
