Job Role: Receptionist Administrator
Location: Dungannon
Our busy client in the Dungannon area are currently seeking a fulltime Receptionist Administrator.
Duties:
- Front of house for all our customers: meeting & greeting
- Answering Calls
- Dealing with customer queries
- Liaising with customers and updating documentation
- Administration of Client receipts
- Assisting with the administration
- Processing letters for outstanding accounts
- Data input of invoices
Criteria:
- Five GCSE grades including Maths and English
- Strong IT skills and experience in MS Word and Excel and preferably hold external accreditation for their word processing and IT skills;
- An understanding of the workings of an office environment.
