Our client are an established business in the IT sector. They are currently recruiting an Office Manager to be based in their premises in the Dungannon area. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic company with a reputation for excellence and leaders in their field.
The role
Building on the success of their continued growth, the successful candidate will be responsible for
- Delivering excellent customer service, maintaining and nurturing customer relationships to optimise customer retention and identify commercial opportunities.
- Responding to incoming sales enquiries, requests for quotations and tenders by demonstrating the product, creating proposals/bids, pricing, negotiation and closing.
- Managing the technical support team, ensuring customer support requests are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with accounts and operations to ensure a smooth and professional handover happens when a client comes on board
- Client Account Management
Specification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within a similar role
- Proven sales record
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present both technical and commercial information (verbal and written)
- Awareness of key digital marketing & website practices
- Excellent selling skills built on trust and reliability
- Self-motivated, energetic and persistent
- Full UK Driving licence
desirable skills: - Familiarity with Sage Line 50 and using a CRM system
- A good working knowledge of websites and the online industry (Domain names, SEO, Responsive Design, Calls to Action etc)
- Familiarity with WordPress CMS
