Our client, a leading Civil Engineering company based in Omagh, require an Office Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will report to the Contracts Manager.

Main duties:-
- Provide Administration Support to ensure smooth running of operational requirements
- Compile and maintain records in accordance with contract requirements including commercial records
- Document Control – maintain Internal Folder System and Works Software Package
- Report writing; Compile Monthly Reports required both internally and for the Client
- Prepare Site Folders – Print RAMS, Drawings, Daily Paperwork required by work squads
- Contract Inductions and staff PPE
- Bi-Social Administration / event bookings and equipment preparation
- Collate Timesheets including Staff Expenses
- Subcontractor and Material Invoice Review including follow up.
- Compile and maintain records in accordance with contract requirements including commercial records
- Arrange and attend meetings, and record minutes as required
- Liaise with external organisations / stakeholders to gather relevant documentation
Essential Requirements:-
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy office environment, (industrial environment preferred)
- Sound experience and proficiency in MS Office and IT Systems
- Educated at least to ‘A’ Level Standard or equivalent
- Ability to effectively plan and organise work to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Is proactive and can work on their own initiative
- Good Team Working skills
Work Hours: 9.00am – 5.00pm. 37.5 working week
