Our client, a leading Mechanical & Electrical services provider, require a Help Desk Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work closely with the maintenance team and provide administrative support to this department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Main stock control of maintenance supplies;
  • Creating & placing orders;
  • Oversee and coordinate supplier invoices;
  • Arrange Health & Safety inductions;
  • Manage office post;
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed for contractors to work on site;
  • General administration & reception duties when required.

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages;
  • Flexible to undertake additional tasks when needed.
