Our client, a leading Mechanical & Electrical services provider, require a Help Desk Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work closely with the maintenance team and provide administrative support to this department.
Main stock control of maintenance supplies;
Creating & placing orders;
Oversee and coordinate supplier invoices;
Arrange Health & Safety inductions;
Manage office post;
Ensure all paperwork is completed for contractors to work on site;
General administration & reception duties when required.
Previous experience in an administrative role;
Excellent communication skills;
Knowledge of Microsoft packages;
Flexible to undertake additional tasks when needed.
