Job Role: Administration Assistant

Our client is a Multi-Award Winning and Innovative company that provides bespoke and eco-friendly recycling services to commercial customers throughout the UK and Ireland.
Due to expansion they require an Administrator to join their team at their offices in Armagh. This is a great opportunity to join a successful company with great employee benefits including private health care.
Reporting to the office manager key duties will include:
- General Administrative Work
- Reception Duties – Answering incoming phone and email enquiries
- Entering information from drivers dockets to custom website
- Reconciling our information against third party reports
- Updating spreadsheets
- Liaising with Customers, Clients & Staff Compliance
Criteria:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisation skills
- Teamwork skills
- Attention to detail
- Must be computer literate
- Must be able to work alone and as part of a team
Hours:
- Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
