Our client is a Multi-Award Winning and Innovative company that provides bespoke and eco-friendly recycling services to commercial customers throughout the UK and Ireland.

Due to expansion they require an Administrator to join their team at their offices in Armagh. This is a great opportunity to join a successful company with great employee benefits including private health care.

 

Reporting to the office manager key duties will include:

  • General Administrative Work
  • Reception Duties – Answering incoming phone and email enquiries
  • Entering information from drivers dockets to custom website
  • Reconciling our information against third party reports
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Liaising with Customers, Clients & Staff Compliance

 

Criteria:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organisation skills
  • Teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must be able to work alone and as part of a team

 

Hours:

  • Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
