  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Facilitate and manage the day to day operation of the office
  • General administration
  • Diary management for Directors
  • Travel booking coordination
  • Carry out daily and weekly Health & Safety checks such as weekly fire alarm tests and routine fire safety inspections.
