About the Job
Our client is a manufacturing and supply company of bespoke workwear to local companies, based in the Dungannon Area, County Tyrone.
The role involves handling incoming calls, assisting customers with information and passing on sales enquiries to the field sales team for follow up.
This role will also be the first point of contact for visitors to the company and will provide assistance for collections etc.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual with good organisational skills and the ability to provide our customers with outstanding support. The successful candidate will not only have experience within a similar role but will also meet the following essential criteria.
- Computer literate with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- An excellent telephone manner and customer service ethos.
